Converted old piggery in secluded valley on Lizard peninsula, with indoor heated pool. Two double bedrooms and a third with bunks - so most suitable for up to four adults and two children.

A kitchen-dining room with beamed ceiling and exposed granite stone, a living room and bathroom with bath and electric shower over. Dishwasher and microwave, colour TV and video. French doors to enclosed patio and fenced garden.

Indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, barbeques, laundry room, freezer, and video lending library. Two acres of grounds with stream, small lake and lawned areas.

Heat & Eat meals available, or dine in owners’ dining room (24hrs notice). Co-located with two other properties (each sleeping up to 6) and farmhouse B&B.

“Excellent”

Accommodation is idyllically situated, very rural with beautiful gardens.

The house is snug and comfortable - better than described in advert.

Everything we needed plus many extras to make the stay that little bit more extra special.

Welcome basket was a lovely touch.

Summary:

“Excellent”

A compact but well-designed converted farm building in a quiet, peaceful location. Lounge, kitchen, 2 double and 1 twin (bunk) bedrooms, bathroom. Very well-equipped and comfortable. Sheets and towels provided.

Very welcoming owners - welcome basket with fruit, homemade cake, chocolates etc. Barbecue for guests midweek. Attractive swimming pool - warm with striking jungle murals on walls. Large garden with pond.

Own terrace with tables and chairs. Laundry room with tumble dryers. Cot and high chair for baby.

Specifically Recommend:

Clean, comfortable accommodation

Heated indoor swimming pool

Beautiful grounds

Welcoming owners

Be Aware:

We had everything we needed. Perhaps just a bit more crockery and cutlery would be useful.

“Top Marks!”

Extremely comfortable and relaxing. Couldn’t get enough of sitting in the gardens by the pond.

All facilities catered for, including BBQ, pool and sauna.

The gardens are beautiful.

Be prepared to be spoilt!
