Toilet and basin, farmhouse-style kitchen with dining area and French doors to patio. Utility-washing room. Upstairs one double room with king size bed (new 2011), wall-mounted TV and en-suite shower, basin and toilet. Smaller twin with en-suite shower, basin and toilet.
