“Perfect dog-friendly base for exploring Norfolk”
Lovely to find a TRULY dog-friendly property in such a wonderful location! No limit on number of dogs, they got their own welcome pack of homemade biscuits, allowed on sofa (we took throws as requested) and garden totally secure.
And cottage wonderful from a human viewpoint too, plenty of room and very well appointed (staircase VERY steep, be forewarned!)
Location superb, a few minutes from the dunes and fabulous beach and the village is very pretty. An ideal base for exploring further afield too. Parking not an issue, locals and neighbours very friendly. Heating very efficient (didn’t bother with log burner due to time of year)
Take a powerful torch if you need to see what your dog is doing in the long garden at night!
Read info about bins and recycling on arrival (I actually didn’t find the info folder til the third day and had missed bin day by then.....)
No Wi-Fi or phone signal, which was a bit inconvenient when my friend’s car broke down....maybe not ideal for teenagers either!
Local Gems:Beach walks, local pub (food not great but filling)
JUST RELAX!!!!

“Excellent”
Brilliant holiday. The cottage was spotless and ideally located for great dog walking. All the information given online was accurate and very helpful.
When we arrived the owner had left dog biscuits, and goodies for us as well as basics like tea and coffee which was a lovely gesture.
Will definitely be re-booking and thoroughly recommend.
Great dunes and beach walking for dogs
Close to Norfolk Broads
Only slight concern was steep staircase in cottage but I was expecting this as it is listed in the property description, if my child was younger (5) I would have needed to take a stair gate
Local Gems:Local pub, shop, P.O and chippy
